Admission Process

At Study in Ukraine Today, we only accept serious and fully prepared applicants. To avoid delays or rejection, applications must be complete. We do not process incomplete files or students who are “just asking for information.”

Step 1 — Choose Your Program & Prepare Your Details

Before contacting us, please decide:

• Preferred course
• Degree level (Bachelor / Master / PhD / Residency)
• Your budget
• Your readiness to travel and study abroad

Once you know what you want, proceed with the full application.

Step 2 — Submit Your Full Application Package

Send all required documents together in a single message via WhatsApp or Email. See Required Documents below for the full list.

⚠️ If any required document is missing, we do not review the application.

Academic Requirements

We accept students who already have complete documents. We do not assist applicants who are still searching for certificates, passports, or transcripts.

Bachelor’s Applicants

Required:

• Secondary school certificate
• Valid passport
• Signed Consent Form

Accepted Qualifications by Country (Examples)

Below are examples of commonly accepted high-school qualifications for Bachelor’s admission. You must provide official, verifiable documents.

• Nigeria — WAEC, NECO, NABTEB
• Ghana — WASSCE
• Uganda — UNEB O-Level / A-Level
• Kenya — KCSE
• India — CBSE / ICSE / State Board (10th + 12th)
• Pakistan — Matric + Intermediate (FSc / HSSC)
• Bangladesh — SSC + HSC
• South Africa — NSC
• EU / GCC — Accredited high-school certificate

📌 Medicine, Engineering, Aviation, IT, Dentistry & Nursing require strong grades in science subjects.

These are examples. Programs and universities may request additional documents depending on the faculty.

Master’s Applicants

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Academic transcripts
• Valid passport
• Signed Consent Form

Duration: ~2 years. Programs available in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Medicine, etc.

PhD Applicants

Required:

• Master’s degree
• Academic transcripts
• Valid passport
• Research topic (recommended)
• Signed Consent Form

Duration: ~3 years

Medical Residency / PG in Medicine

For medical graduates only. Required:

• Medical degree (MBBS / MD / MBChB)
• Academic records
• Internship certificate (if available)
• Valid passport
• Signed Consent Form

Duration: without surgery ~2 years, with surgery ~3 years. Training is available in English, or Ukrainian, depending on specialty.

Step 3 — Receive Full Cost Breakdown

After verifying your documents, we provide a complete breakdown:

• Tuition fees
• Invitation letter
• Application processing
• Accommodation placement
• Airport pickup & assistance

Step 4 — Pay Admission Processing Fee

Payment instructions are provided via WhatsApp or Email. Once confirmed, your file is submitted to the university and we monitor the process and update you.

Step 5 — Receive Your Official Invitation Letter

This is required to apply for your Ukrainian student visa.

• Electronic copy sent via Email
• Original copy shipped via DHL / EMS / FedEx

Once received, you can begin the visa process (see Student Visa below).

Student Visa

Visa Requirements (Type D — Student Visa)

Documents typically required:

• Valid Passport
• Original University Invitation Letter
• Educational certificates + transcripts
• Medical fitness certificate
• HIV test results (if required)
• Visa application form
• Financial proof / sponsor letter
• Health insurance
• Passport-sized photos
• Embassy visa fee

⚠️ Visa rules vary by country — we will guide you based on your embassy.

Arrival Support

Once you arrive, our team will:

• Pick you up at the airport
• Help you move into your accommodation
• Begin local registration
• Arrange health & immigration insurance
• Assist with Residence Permit (TRP)
